The Challenge

K-12 educators frequently transition into administrative roles in school districts without adequate training in managing the vast array of data they are faced with, or the business aspects of education. The natural inclination is to request additional staff to bring in more individuals to share the workload. However, this can seem like a band-aid solution, addressing the symptoms without resolving the underlying issue. The Solution

Equipping school district personnel with the necessary skills to manage the non-pedagogical aspects of their jobs is crucial. After years of helping my own team members, who were struggling to interpret data quickly and thoroughly, I came to realize the importance of just-in-time information for all educators.
